Masking the Booking Engine URL
Sub-domain's can be used to mask the booking engine URL. For example, if your domain URL is www.besttravelsite.com - that links to our booking engine page url:
http://www.reservetravel.com/v6?siteid=xx
You can instead create a sub-domain record URL like:
http://hotels.besttravelsite.com/v6?siteid=xx
Which will give the appearance to your customers of having never left your site. We must host your sub-domain and you must purchase and maintain a secure certificate for SSL pages in the booking engine like the checkout page we install on our servers. If you would like to take advantage of this option there will be a $300.00 setup fee as well as a $50 per year hosting fee. If you choose a wildcard certificate, there will be a $75.00 setup fee for each of your requested sub-domains. And we will charge $100 each time your certificate comes up for renewal so please consider purchasing a multi-year certificate.
The process is as follows...
The cost of the SSL depends on your provider and how long you buy the certificate for, you should get several years at least.
To request to host our booking engine under your own custom sub-domain, please email our billing department and pay the required fees and your request will be processed.

The process is as follows...
- Find your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc) and figure out how to setup an A record.
- Decide on the exact sub-domain they want the cert for (if your main site is www.mycompany.com then a good sub-domain would be hotels.yourcompany.com where hotels replaces www). A sub-domain has 3 parts, not 4, do not put a www in front of it, we are not your main website, hotels.yourcompany.com is the best option.
- Contact accounting@allresnet.com and pay the setup fees.
- Purchase an SSL certificate by whatever process your domain provider requires and send it to us; if asked download the Apache2 format. You must send us both the key and the certificate.
- We will setup the certificate and assign an IP address to that domain and give you back the IP address.
- Take that IP address and setup an A name (hotels.yourcompany.com) with that IP for your domain in your providers DNS configuration (We cannot tell you how to do this, only your provider can).
The cost of the SSL depends on your provider and how long you buy the certificate for, you should get several years at least.
